ABOUT ME
Hello. I’m Natalie, a qualified psychotherapist, kinesiologist and bodyworker.
The work I offer today is a synthesis of 15 years of personal and professional development in psychology, childhood development and education, kinesiology, massage therapy and energy healing.

Our needs in the different seasons and moments of our life vary greatly. Having an extensive and dynamic toolbox allows me to offer you support that is tailored to where you find yourself in the present moment of your life journey.

I experienced a lot of dysfunctional dynamics and pain in my childhood environment which manifested into debilitating social anxiety, low self-esteem and chronic pain in my teens and early 20s, leaving me feeling disconnected, depressed lost and overwhelmed. Searching for answers and peace within myself I explored many different avenues of healing from a variety of psychotherapies to yoga to plant medicine.

Over time my life began to transform for the positive and today I live free from chronic pain, have a robust sense of self-worth and work connecting deeply with people for living, having moved beyond my previous limitations to new horizons. The pain and confusion of my early life is what fuels me to support others to move through seemingly insurmountable blocks and embody their unique potential, support I wish I had at a younger age. I know that transforming pain and confusion to find purpose and nourishing relationships is not only possible but inevitable when we have the right support and put in the work.

We live in difficult times, with many pressures facing our communities both locally and globally. The inner work is an essential component of finding solutions to the current issues of our times. As it allows us to increase our capacity, awareness and compassion. Culture is transmitted person to person and it is transformed person to person.

I currently live in the beautiful Northern Rivers, Bundjalung country, Australia.
I offer bodywork, psychotherapy and kinesiology from a local clinic and online.
I also spend my professional time as a wellness writer for Lunch magazine.
